Nearly three decades of experience have shaped Chef Russell’s approach to the kitchen.

His career began at The Art Institute of Atlanta before taking him to Paris for a stage at the three-Michelin-starred Restaurant Guy Savoy. Since then, he has worked alongside some of the industry’s most respected chefs and hospitality brands, including Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, Loews Hotels, Richard Blais and Linton Hopkins. His experience also includes teaching at Le Cordon Bleu and developing first-class menus for Delta’s European flights.

Now, Chef Russell brings that depth of knowledge, creativity and dedication to every service at 1856 – Culinary Residence. We are so proud to have him as part of our culinary team!🥂
