🔥 MEET THE GM – CAROL 🔥

Say hello to Carol Harden, the General Manager at our Shug Jordan Guthrie’s location!

Originally from Columbus, GA, Carol brings energy, humor, and a guest-first mindset to her team every single day. She loves the challenge of restaurant operations and believes the small details are what create memorable guest experiences.

A few fun facts about Carol:
🕵️ Loves true crime and going down rabbit holes
🥗 Favorite foods besides Guthrie’s? Mexican, hibachi, and fresh salads
😂 Her team describes her as “funny”

Carol says great service means:
“Being considerate, making guests feel special, and creating memorable experiences.”

She’s also passionate about taking care of both guests and employees — whether that’s helping her team during busy shifts, surprising guests with extras during a wait, or making kids smile with coloring pages and candy ❤️

We’re thankful for Carol’s leadership and the positive atmosphere she brings to Guthrie’s and the Auburn community!
