This is a Mediterranean interpretation of a classic!

At Café 108, our Mediterranean Tuna Sandwich begins with house-made tuna salad, delicately dressed in extra virgin olive oil rather than mayonnaise. We fold in briny olives and capers, fresh parsley and scallions, and a whisper of paprika for depth and warmth.

Layered with crisp lettuce and vine-ripened tomato, it is balanced, bright, savory, herbaceous, and extremely satisfying.
