This washed process single origin from Chirinos, Cajamarca brings together notes of ripe plum, golden honeycomb, and brittle nougat for a cup that's sweet, balanced, and incredibly approachable.

Grown by the Tocto family at elevations of 1,200–1,600 masl, it's a coffee that reflects generations of care and craftsmanship in the hills of northern Peru.

Grown high in the hills of Chirinos, Cajamarca at elevations of 1,200–1,600 masl, this washed process single origin from the Tocto family reflects the slow rhythm of Andean farming and generations of smallholder tradition.

The cup opens with ripe plum sweetness layered into golden honeycomb and brittle nougat, finishing balanced, soft, and grounding.
