Since 1976, Momma Goldberg's Deli has been serving fresh, steamed sandwiches piled high with premium meats and the finest ingredients. Momma G's on Thach Ave in Auburn serves up not only your favorite sandwiches in a fun and friendly atmosphere, but also offers grilled wraps, famous nachos, soups, salads and a huge selection of local and regional craft beers.

Honoring our founders, Don & Betty DeMent.

In 1975, Don recognized that times were changing. Students were moving away from the traditional oxford and khaki look and toward a more casual style. He closed his men’s clothing store, The Locker Room, and transformed the building into what would become Momma Goldberg’s Deli.

That decision marked the beginning of an Auburn icon that has now reached 50 years and counting!

Thank you, Don & Betty, for starting it all!
