Pita Way Usually, when “fast” and “food” go together, that’s not a good thing. Bland flavors. Lots of fat and calories. So-so service.

It’s the way most places do things, but that’s not the Pita Way way. Inspired by irresistible late-night Windsor kebab stands and drawing upon family recipes and culinary secrets provided by his aunt and grandmother, founder Brandon Bahoura set out to create an alternative to boring burgers and pizza. A 2007 Oakland University graduate with a Bachelors in Business Marketing, Brandon quickly found that his ideas received a warm reception from area residents.
