Spotlighting the food trucks here at Spring Hill Food Trucks - we are celebrating Tropical sweet by alexis on his one year anniversary.
When COVID shut the world down, it did not shut Alexis down, as he discovered his gift of baking, creating and sharing the wonderful flavors of Puerto Rico. Born and raised in Puerto Rico he moved to Texas nine years ago working several jobs while growing his delicious business. With faith, passion and perseverance, in 2024 he decided to open his food truck and fortunately came to Spring Hill in June 2025!! His menu is as creative and varied as it is remarkably flavorful. We are so very happy to have Tropical Sweets by Alexis here!
