I can't describe how happy I am to have had the opportunity to cater my nephew's wedding and to share that time with my whole family. We all cook, we all share and we all have fun. We also teached our young the fundamentals of mexican cuisine. A little bit of this, a little bit of that and lots and lots of love and care!

Summer is almost over and I'm already thinking about warm bread and hot chocolate, but before we leave summer behind, this fish and shrimp ceviche will be the perfect closing of this season and this pumpkin and cheese pie will be the perfect beginning of autumn.

Rv cooking can be a challenge during the summer but is always fun. Went to kroger & Albertsons and got lots items from their discount section, including lots of rice noodles, roast beef and organic chocolate chip bags for just .99 a bag!
