Family Pack for 2 or Family Pack for 4
Includes:
• Country Style Pork Ribs: Simmered until tender in a tangy hearty sauce. Not your typical bar-b-q sauce. All our sauces are made from scratch.

• Roasted Sweet Potatoes: Fresh sweet potatoes oven roasted with garlic, Parmesan cheese and our own Got Fired Spices.

• Your choice of one. Either Fried Cabbage with Bacon or Green Bean Almondine.

o Fried Cabbage with Bacon: As Southern as it gets, this low carbohydrate side sizzles with flavor. Green cabbage, crispy bacon and just a hint of heat.

o Green Bean Almondine: Fresh green beans, sautéed in butter and olive oil with roasted almonds and a splash of lemon for brightness.

Family Pack for 2: $30.00 ` Family Pack for 4: $60.00

This weeks Dessert offering is a Caramel Apple Cake. This cake is what Fall is all about. An apple cake with browned buttercream and drizzled with caramel.
8-inch square single layer pan: $5.00 with meal order.
Note: I this is your first order with us, you will receive the dessert at no charge when you order a meal.

IRVING friends, we can deliver to you as well.

Our first family meal will be Brisket Enchilada Casserole, made with our delicious smoked brisket, pared with Mexican cheese and Salsa Verde sauce. Roasted vegetables with Mexican spices and cheese. Black Beans simmered to deliciousness. For those that order for our first offering a free dessert will be included. Chef's Choice.
Serves 4 to 6 people.

Orders due by Wednesday, September 22. Deliveries will be Wednesday, September 29.
