The Forks Blend & Brew is back to our regular schedule:

🗓 Tuesday through Saturday: 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM
🗓 Sunday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
🚫 Closed Mondays

After giving our extended afternoon hours a fair trial, we found that returning to our 2:00 PM closing time simply makes the most sense for our small business and our family.

We truly appreciate everyone’s understanding and continued support. Thank you for choosing to spend part of your day with us. We can’t wait to see you soon! ❤️

☀️ A little Saturday heads up from The Forks Blend & Brew! ☀️

With the heat index climbing again today, we’re making a small adjustment to help keep our team safe and comfortable.

Our cooking equipment will remain off until orders come in, which means all hot food will be cooked fresh to order. Because the equipment will need a few minutes to heat up, you may notice a slightly longer wait than usual for breakfast sandwiches and other hot items.

Our little café heats up fast, and after the last couple of scorching days, we’ve been hovering around 85 to 90 degrees inside. 🥵 Beth powered through yesterday like an absolute rockstar, and we’re hoping this small change will help keep things a bit more manageable today.

We truly appreciate your patience, your kindness, and your understanding. Your support means the world to our tiny team, and we promise your food will be worth the wait. ❤️

💛 A little Friday update from The Forks Blend & Brew!

Tomorrow, Elizabeth will be out of town with her daughter for her last elementary school field trip (how did that happen so fast?! 🥹), which means our rockstar barista Beth will be holding down the fort solo.

If you stop in tomorrow and there’s a bit of a wait, we ask for just a little extra patience and kindness while she works her magic. We appreciate it more than you know!

☕ Hours Update

After giving our extended hours a solid trial run over the past month, we’ve made the decision to return to our 2:00 PM closing time beginning next week.

We looked closely at the numbers, and the traffic between 2:00 PM and 3:30 PM simply hasn’t been enough to justify staying open later. Like any small business, we have to make decisions that make sense both financially and for our families.

The good news? We’ll still be here bright and early to fuel your mornings, and we’re excited to continue serving our amazing community during the hours you use us most.

Thank you for your continued support, understanding, and for allowing us to build a business that also lets us be present for our families. It truly means the world to us. ❤️
