We’re bringing a little Bayou to Au Gres this week! 🐊

🍔 THE BAYOU SMASH
Two seasoned smash patties, pepper jack, crispy bacon, fried pickles and our house-made Bayou sauce on a toasted brioche bun.

🍹 Pair it with a BAYOU WATER
Vodka, pineapple, lime, lemon-lime soda and a little Cajun kick.

This one is big, messy and SO damn good. 🤤

What a beautiful day for a beautiful mama-to-be. 🩷

We had the pleasure of catering this baby shower with Chicken Milanese and Chopped Italian sliders, Italian pasta salad, caprese skewers, fresh fruit, veggie cups, spinach & artichoke dip and a few other little touches.

The River Mill Wedding Venue was absolutely beautiful, and Buds in the Briar once again came through with the most gorgeous and unique flower arrangements for my Buffett. 🌸

I also love that this was a little bit of Au Gres all coming together. Three local businesses, one beautiful celebration. 

Beautiful mama-to-be, wonderful family, good food and so much love in the room. We were honored to play a small part in such a special day. 🩷

We took a smash burger and went completely off the rails with it…

Two smash patties, white cheddar, crispy bacon, fried pickles, dill pickle slaw and whiskey Dijon sauce on a toasted brioche bun.

And because apparently the burger wasn’t enough…

🥃 PICKLEBACK LEMONADE
Bourbon, fresh lemon, a little pickle brine, honey simple syrup and lemonade. Sounds questionable. Tastes ridiculously good. 😂

🍯 SALTED HONEY CHEESECAKE
Creamy cheesecake, brown butter graham crust, salted honey and flaky sea salt.

🍒 Warm Brown Butter Cherry Cobbler for dessert.
