At Harvest Heaven Bakery, we take great pride in offering a wide variety of delicious gluten-free, vegan, and allergen-free treats that cater to all dietary needs. Born and Raised in Portage, Ohio, Elizabeth's love for baking started at a young age, as she helped her family during the holidays. Her journey led her to The Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Boulder Green, Colorado, where she honed her skills in baking and pastry. After graduation, Elizabeth became the CEO and Owner of her own specialty bakery, where she creates delicious gluten-free and vegan treats from scratch.
