Back in the Day, when I worked for the '99', Wednesday's used to be Burger Day. At their Commissary, all they did on Wednesday's was make their signature 9oz. Oval Burger. Yeah, so we don't do that. We aren't a large Corporation with over 100 restaurants. Here, we hand Press our 10oz Oval House Burgers when we need them. Yes, you guessed it, we needed them. Saturday is Grillin' Day. But today you may wish to think Beef. If you did not know, we now carry 3 different Burgers. Our Classic 5oz Burger w/ Half Portion of Fries (also our Kids' Burger) is Hand Pressed Ground Chuck, We also have our new "Prime Burger"(While they Last!) A 7oz Prime Beef, Ground Chuck Burger w/ full portion of Fries. And of Course we have our 10oz. House Burger or Lil' Big Man! Also Ground Chuck.
Also back in the day. Ground Sirloin was the thing. I remember J.C. Hillary's Burger! The Sirloin Burger had a good Run for quite some time. Then came the Blends, Whether Brisket, Short Rib, Sirloin, Chuck, etc. But something still remains from as long as I can Remember. Ground Chuck. Now, it's just my Opinion, But Ground Chuck is the way to go. It has just the right amount of Fat, full of flavor, and just my favorite. We sell a lot of burgers. They are Priced well below the competition and the quality is Top Tier.
Our Signature Steak Tips, are Hand cut, a Full Pound, and marinated for 24 hours in our Signature Marinade. With a Price Break for the time being, we've actually lowered our Price back to $26.99! We also offer a Half Pound Portion for ONLY $18.99! A steak Tip Dinner for under $20? Unheard of in today's climate.
I'm always trying to appeal to my Customers. Sometimes I do things I normally wouldn't do, because that's what people want today. Well today, I got to do what I wanted to do. The Deal of the Day is NY Strip Steak. My Man came through for me. He knows my preference and put aside a special deal for me. Very Limited Supply, a Hand cut NY Strip Steak, w/ 2 sides for ONLY $27.99! How? I have the time, or should I say I make the time, to do a little digging and build relations with my Purveyors that realize I don't take "Specials" and put it in my pocket. I pass those savings on. To be Honest, Beef is a relatively small part of our business. But I take every aspect of the business seriously, regardless of it's impact on our Business. So, bottom line, if you like Beef, you just might want to consider making today that day, And as Always, Please Enjoy!
