Hello everyone,
For those who don’t know, Philly's has been a family business for the past 10 years. Peter DeSantis came out of retirement to open Philly's Famous Cheesesteaks in Atlantic highlands. Soon after he got it up and running he became ill and couldn’t run it alone. His wife Cheryl took it over, made it her own, and built up the business. With all of her hard work and Peter's and her recipes, Philly's received multiple rewards including #1 Cheesesteak in Central New Jersey for years. Cheryl has gained loyal customers and many friends from Philly's and enjoyed talking to each and everyone of you. And, because of you guys, Philly's stood strong for the last 10 years. At this time Cheryl is retiring. Sunday September 29th at 6:00 PM will be the last order. We appreciate everyone’s business and reviews. We are saddened that the potential buyer couldn’t come through with their financing, and as a result, we are still looking for buyers. We Hope someone will take us up on this offer and continue Philly's. Please feel free to stop in this weekend and say your goodbyes and order some Cheesesteaks. We also will be selling Furniture and pictures will be uploaded soon. We thank each and everyone of you for your business and support!!!!
