As we count down the final weeks of dinner service at Bread & Butterfly, Chef Demetrius Brown is bringing back a dish with a story. These Jamaican Beef Patties filled with local beef and served with curry chili labneh are the very same patties that helped him defeat Bobby Flay in 2024.

For the last two weeks of dinner service, Chef will be featuring a new item each week. This week it’s his Jamaican Beef Patty that famously beat Bobby Flay in 2024!

As many of you know, we are opening Heritage Supper Club next month in Summerhill

As Chef Demetrius transitions from our kitchen into the Heritage Kitchen, we will be ending dinner service at Bread & Butterfly on June 27th!

This announcement marks an exciting time, as it means we are in the home stretch of opening Heritage.

Heritage began as a dinner pop-up at Bread & Butterfly and now we are just days away from Heritage opening its own doors.

For the last two weeks of dinner service, Chef will be featuring a new item each week. Next week it’s his Jamaican Beef Patty that famously beat Bobby Flay in 2024!
