Come bake the double chocolate espresso sourdough loaf with me! I think we turned the chocolate starter into something delicious. I baked this loaf using my bread oven from Bulka Bannetons | Bread Proofing Baskets and I am obsessed with it! I get the most gorgeous loaves. Would you bake this one?

I LOVE making a stiff starter. It gives a nice predictable fermentation and is great for sweet loaves. Plus they are fun to make. Do you prefer a runnier or a more stiff sourdough starter, bestie?

I have been seeing this bulk fermentation hack for a while and finally decided to try it out!! was very impressed with how it did! I am always looking for ways to help beginners bake better bread, and this is a hack can definitely recommend.
