We’re growing our HomemakaseATL family. 🤍

As HomemakaseATL continues to grow, we’re looking for a few special people to grow alongside us—not simply to fill positions, but to help us create the kind of evenings our guests remember for years.

We are currently hiring in Metro Atlanta for:

🍣 Sushi Chef — minimum 2 years of sushi experience
✨ Hospitality Assistant — fine dining and hospitality experience preferred

Experience matters. Who you are matters even more.

We’re looking for people who value hospitality, craftsmanship, humility, reliability and attention to detail. Someone who takes pride in doing things beautifully even when no one is watching. Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and genuinely finds joy in making other people feel cared for.

Our work happens inside our guests’ homes and at special celebrations, so trust, professionalism and warmth are at the heart of everything we do.

Positions offer a flexible schedule and are ideal for individuals who want to be part of a growing luxury culinary experience while continuing to learn and refine their craft.

Uni Gohan To Ikura

The word gohan carries a beautiful double meaning in Japanese — it means both “cooked rice” and “a meal” in its most universal sense. A meal without rice is, in the Japanese culinary philosophy, not quite a meal at all.

So Uni Gohan — sea urchin rice — is simultaneously a dish and a statement: the ocean’s most prized creature meeting the most foundational element of Japanese food culture.

The uni dissolves into the cooking rice, infusing every grain with its oceanic creaminess & infinite umami.
