But only a few become part of the neighborhood.

The places where first dates turn into anniversaries. Where brunch becomes a Sunday tradition. Where someone knows your usual order. Where movie nights start over a glass of wine and end with dessert.

That’s what Après Diem has quietly become.

Restaurants don’t stay open for 26 years by accident.
