I have never seen someone like me on tv or behind the screen or in a book or being able to tell stories via food. Puerto Rican, gay, has done what they want, shifted from place to place, people always say I have no direction. Etc. No I just work and do what I feel is right. I believe in the work I do, I do it with passion, integrity, love, courage, and most of all with Puerto Rico in my core of it all.

A recipe that’s so close to my ❤️, I dedicate this to Mama Mery made the best garbanzos, and now you can make them at home, in any kitchen.

This won’t be the last time you will see my name on a book, it’s coming. It’s coming. I have things to say, stories to tell, and recipes to share. It’s coming.

What started out as friends with a love of 🌿 and 🥘 ignited the concept for Bien High!

It’s a collaboration that’s is exploratory, fun, fruitful, delicious, and allows for out of the box thinking.

To think 🇯🇵 and 🇵🇷 being part of all the dishes, was radical.

Our 4th and last edition was one for the books. and you are both extraordinary creatives, with an immaculate concept of curating a beautiful experience.
