Silla Del Toro of Toco Hills is proudly announces our 2025 Employee of the Year, Arturo!
As our lead bartender, Arturo takes pride in not just the bar area, but in the entire restaurant. He officially became a Certified Trainer this year, but prior to that, he played an active role in developing new team members. As bartending is his forte, he enjoys creating new variations of the “Bartender’s Choice” to bring new and exciting drink offerings to guests. Most notably, was his Lavender Martini, that gained so much popularity among guests and is now a permanent offering. In addition to training and bartending, Arturo’s greatest attribute to Silla is his uncanny ability to make people feel special and as if everyone is a great friend because they are, genuinely. It’s because of Arturo that we tell all of our guests here in Toco Hills, “Silla Tomorrow!” Congratulations Arturo!

Very sad day walking into this. We Were Broken Into — But We’re Still Here, and Still Open ❤️

This morning, our restaurant at Toco Hills was broken into. Thankfully, no one was hurt, but it’s still heartbreaking to experience something like this in the place we’ve poured so much love into.

Security footage captured two individuals involved in the break-in. We’ve shared the video with local authorities and are working closely with them to help identify the suspects. If you have any information, please reach out to the Police Department or contact us directly.

Despite the disruption, we are OPEN and ready to serve you. Your support means the world to us — especially now. Come by, share some tapas, and help us keep the spirit of our community strong. ❤️
