Hello everyone! We will be opening tomorrow at 11:00 AM on June 12th at the Cutting Company.

With that being said, we have some exciting news to add!
The much-requested Smoked Salmon will be featured on the menu alongside our Ribs and Smoked Sausage! With an Asian twist and amazing flavor, you don't want to miss out!

We have missed you all and look forward to seeing you there!
