2️⃣ Resting Time – The dough is left to rise, ensuring the perfect airy texture.
3️⃣ Hand Shaping – Each naan is stretched by hand, keeping it light yet chewy.
4️⃣ Tandoor Cooking – Placed inside a 900°F clay oven, it puffs up and gets its signature golden-brown spots.
