Phenomenal Food by Chef Holly is the life's work of Executive Chef and CEO Holly Smith. Virgin Islands and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Chef Holly continues the tradition of great Southern and Caribbean inspired cooking. She has put a twist on tradition by infusing cultural flavors of African, Asian, Indian and Latin cuisines. Food has always been her passion. After receiving a Bachelor's Degree in
Psychology from the University of the Virgin Islands she received a Degree in Culinary Arts from the Art Institute of Atlanta's International Culinary School. She has worked for Gladys Knight's Chicken and Waffles as a Chef and catered for corporations such as, Warner Brothers Studios, Tree Sound Studios, Mike Epps, The Tupac Shakur Arts Center Foundation and several others. The PFBCH mantra is simple, "Fresh is always best." Chef Holly believes it is very important to maximize each client's experience by only using the freshest and highest quality ingredients. As a full service catering company, with lots of competition, we may not be one of the top catering companies in Atlanta we are one of the best.
