An intimate night of tequila, culture, and the energy taking over Atlanta this summer. 🇲🇽⚽️

As visitors from around the world arrive in the city for one of the biggest international football seasons, Patria Mezcalería invites locals and travelers alike to experience the flavors, traditions, and hospitality of Los Altos de Jalisco through an intimate tequila tasting dinner.

Join us for the first agave tasting dinner of this new era at Patria Mezcalería, and the first Tequila Mosto experience in Atlanta.

A five course Jaliscan inspired menu by Chef Octavio Aguirre .atl paired with four expressions of Tequila Mosto plus a welcome cocktail.

Chef Octavio Aguirre’s connection to agave runs far beyond the kitchen. Raised around the traditions of Jalisco and inspired by the agave fields of Los Altos, this dinner reflects the culture, memories, and flavors that shaped his story, from the red soils of the Highlands to the traditions passed down through generations.

Guided by Tequila Mosto founders Nelson Benavides and Antonio Fonseca, guests will explore the craftsmanship, process, and heritage behind every pour crafted under the direction of Master Distiller Oscar Vásquez at NOM 1580.

For this edition, we present Tequila Volans.

From Red Soil to Spirit: Where Water Meets Agave

On Friday, April 17th from 7PM to 10PM, join us for a guided tasting led by Cristina Allen, one of the most respected voices in the agave world, as she takes you through the story, process, and character of each expression.

Crafted at El Pandillo Distillery by Felipe Camarena, Volans is made from fully mature Blue Weber agave and a unique blend of rain, spring, and deep well water, resulting in a clean, precise, and complex profile.

The experience includes a five course menu, four savory dishes followed by dessert, by Chef Octavio Aguirre and the Pata Negra kitchen team, thoughtfully designed to pair with each expression.
