So the fact that these two came together? Honestly feels like the best kind of full circle. ❤️

This was a real day, a real shift, over 17,000 steps… and I didn’t think about my feet once!

Setting the tone for how I want the next 365 to feel… more life, more love, and more core memories with the people I choose.

I’m seriously so thankful for everyone who took time out to call, text, and show me love this weekend. I felt it.🥰

My BFF asked me why all her Ta**us friends make a big deal about our birthdays, and I had to explain… we pour into everyone and everything all the time. So when it’s our turn, that little bit of love and appreciation really means something. Don’t tell me. Show me! And this year? My cup feels full.

I had a mini list of how I wanted to spend my birthday, and I can honestly say… I did exactly that. Every moment meant something!

On paper, I’m 39… and I won’t lie, that number made me pause for a second.

But the truth is, I feel more like myself than I ever have.

This past year, and honestly this journey as a whole, has shaped me into a woman I’m proud of. Not perfect, not finished, but evolving in all the right ways.

I’ve learned to move with intention, to trust God a little deeper, and to embrace life as it comes instead of trying to force it into what I thought it should be.

I’m excited about the woman I’m becoming. The layers, the growth, the softness, the confidence… all of it.

I’m learning that becoming a “real adult” isn’t about having everything figured out, it’s about showing up fully as yourself and being open to the process.

These next 365 days aren’t about rushing or proving anything. They’re about living and continuing to grow into the life that’s meant for me.

Grateful for the people who truly know me, support me, and get to experience these versions of me in real time.

Last year I waited too late and missed strawberry season…
So this year I went!
No overplanning, no big production—just a day off, amazing weather, and something I said I wanted to do.

Picked strawberries, walked around, and enjoyed fresh ice cream!
