starting now, mahjong mondays are a thing at the beltline spot. every monday, 6–10pm. tiles, good food, and a room full of people who’d rather be playing than scrolling.
we’re teaming up with Black Girls Mahjong, Too! (BGMJ²) to make it happen — and here’s the part people don’t expect: you don’t need to know how to play. free hong kong mahjong instruction, beginner tables with someone walking you through it, and open play once you’ve got the hang of it. american or hong kong style, your call.
bring your own set or use ours. order a round of dumplings. stay a while.
