Watching my mom, Van Anderson
Of Cascade Fence Company-A Lady With The Hammer transform 1160 Fairburn Road has been nothing short of magic.

This building is 85 years old. It needed a real overhaul. My mom has been building houses, patios, decks, entire visions for over 20 years. Seeing her put that same skill, creativity, and craftsmanship into my dream restaurant hits different!!

Each week she pulls up and does something even more incredible to strengthen and revive this building. And honestly, watching her work reminds me why our family builds the way we do. We build with heart.

I cannot wait for y’all to see the finished product. Lola Pecan is coming. And it’s coming with legacy written all over it.

Before: While her crew was working on the kitchen , they discovered there was little to no insulation in the walls and what was left was trashed. And behind that ..outside 🤣

After 7 months and some change, we have finally been issued 📑 a building permit to start demolition. 💥Thank you to Cascade Fence Company-A Lady With The Hammer for all the work you have done to get this project approved. It’s Geaux time!🍾🥂🫶🏾
