As brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Regenesis 25 line reunited from across the country, surrounded by friends and loved ones, the afternoon was filled with laughter, meaningful conversations, and the joy of connection. We were honored to bring their gathering to life with carefully curated cuisine and thoughtful details, creating a celebration rooted in connection and heartfelt celebration.
Set in a modern Airbnb, our executive chef, Obasi, crafted a menu honoring the fraternity brothers with meaningful flavors. From wild-caught mahi and curried chicken to our signature Clyde kale salad, lemon pepper hot wings paying tribute to Atlanta, rosemary-kissed shrimp, rice and peas, rotini pasta salad, and our best-selling homemade Georgia peach cobbler, each dish was colorful, vibrant, and beautifully presented.
