Hey, AG Family!
I shared that I'd been taking a step back from social media, pop ups and some of the constant noise that comes with running a business in the digital age.
I have to admit...I enjoyed my little sabbatical.
The extra time with my children, the slower pace + the opportunity to be present without feeling the need to document everything was exactly what I needed.
But...I'm back and busy 😄!

🍶 Farm to Fermentation: Kombucha & Farm-to-Table Experience

This collaborative Rooted in Flavor experience takes us directly to the farm.
Learn the science behind gut health, fermented foods, beneficial microbes, and kombucha while enjoying a farm-to-table meal experience. Participants will make their own SCOBY-based kombucha starter and leave with supplies to continue the process at home.

Remember when summer meant leaving the house in the morning and your parents had no idea where you'd be until the streetlights came on?
No location sharing.
No group texts.
No checking in every thirty minutes.
Just bikes, neighborhood kids, Kool-Aid...figuring things out as you went.
Somehow we always found our way home.
Maybe that's why community gatherings still matter so much. In a world that's more connected than ever, we're all still looking for places where we can simply show up, be ourselves & spend time together 🧠!
