They say the cookie tastes better when it's vegan. 😆
Long time no see! We've been away doing some much needed, much appreciated maintenance. After all, we serve you best when our cup is overflowing. ⛲Summer is off to a 🔥 hot 🔥 start and we are excited to announce a pop-up with some of our favorite people!
Stay tuned for the menu which will be dropped very soon. It will feature some beloved classics and some exciting new creations we have been working on.

Pancakes! 🥞❤️

Story time 😃

Did you know that humans have been eating pancakes since the stone ages?

The history of pancakes is rich as they have manifested in their own unique ways throughout many different cultures.

Korean pancakes (Pajeon) are made with rice flour, egg and scallion, pan-fried until crispy.
Swedish pancakes are thin and crepe-like, often rolled up and eaten with jam.
Venezuelan Cachapas are sweet corn cakes often stuffed with fresh homemade cheeses.

The possibilities are endless!

Our vegan version of pancakes also happens to be gluten-free!
We were inspired by so many different pancake recipes to create a fluffy, gooey spiced griddle cake.

For this week's menu, the batter will be made with candied carrots for a special Easter rendition of these sweet treats. 🥕🐇
