High altitude. Small farms. Big flavor. βπ΅πͺ
Peruvian coffee grows in the Andes at elevations above 5,000 feet, where cooler temperatures slow the cherry's ripening and concentrate the sweetness. The result? A smooth, medium-bodied cup with notes of chocolate, caramel, and bright citrus.
Most Peruvian coffee comes from smallholder farmers working plots of just a few acres, and much of it is organically grown by tradition, not just certification.
If you love a balanced, easy-drinking cup with a clean finish, Peru deserves a spot in your rotation.
