When I started this journey, I had one goal in mind: providing affordable, kosher food for our growing jewish community. I thought, with H on my side, I would be lucky to provide just for the people I know and love. I never would have imagined that I could have a chance at affecting our entire community- but I am incredibly grateful to Marcia Jaffe for giving me that opportunity.
