"murph" is a tribute workout typically done during the memorial day weekend and is referred to as "memorial day murph". we do these hero workouts in memory of those that have fallen in the line of duty, that gave it all so that we might live, remember them, and ultimately honor them; because of their sacrifice, we are free. “no one has greater love than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.” — john 15:13
