Good afternoon my fellow Q lovers!!! Hope everyone had a good thanksgiving and are doing okay with the first snow of the season!
Just to let y'all know, we have cut our ties with Doordash. Of all the orders we had placed through them only 1 time did a dasher show up to deliver the order. Folks, that is just bad business......all it does for us as a small business is get a customer upset that their expected food did not get delivered.
Hopefully at some point we can figure out some kind of delivery service to our local area! Hope to see you all soon!

Just a quick post this evening to let y'all know if a couple of new menu choices. One, which isn't totally new as I used to have it until I moved up to Athol, is homemade chili. This is the same chili that we had on the menu at the Wurst Man in Town trailer! Perfect amount of heat for these cool fall days!
The second item is a smoked chicken sandwich. Tender juicy smoky chicken on a ciabatta bun, our homemade white sauce, melted provolone cheese with pickled onions........so good!!

Good afternoon my fellow Athols and lovers of the Q!!!!
We are happy to announce that once again we will be giving away 2 complete Thanksgiving dinners to a couple of families in need this year!
What we need is for anyone to send us a name of someone you feel is in need of a little help this year, whether it be your family or someone you know. We will select the 2 recipient families on November 20th and let them know then.
The dinners will include a large twice smoked ham, green beans, sweet potatoes, corn pudding and a pie.
Please feel free to share this and get the word out!!!
We appreciate everyone who has stopped by this year! If it weren't for you we wouldn't be able to give back to our community!!!

One quick addition.......the dinners will be available for pick up between 12 and 1230 on Thanksgiving Day at the trailer.

Good afternoon all......just a quick update on our hours as we head towards winter......we will be closing at 6, rather than 7, on Friday and Saturday. So we'll be open Wednesday through Sunday 11-6. Looking forward to seeing you soon!!

We are now live in Door Dash folks! Don't want to or can't drive......no problem......just use the Door Dash app and we'll get the q to you!!

Getting your rib fix is about to be a whole lot easier folks! In about 10 days or so we will be offering door dash as a delivery option for y'all!
Those that know me know my tech skills are on par with a kindergartner who has flunked 3 years in a row so be patient with me as we grow this together!!
Also, in the very near future you will see a bit of construction going on at the ribs shack. When that is done our menu will be expanding slightly with some exciting news options! Stay tuned folks!!!

Good Saturday morning folks! Just a quick reminder that we have beef ribs today! There are 2 racks unspoken for and available for adoption!!! Will they be yours???

Good morning rib fans!! Today's special is going to be a prime rib sandwich with grilled onions and blue cheese on it and will come with a side of your choice!
I have a special order for some beef ribs and have one extra rack so I'm going to throw it on as well so please call, text or message if you'd like it.
Remember we will have the very talented Mel Dalton in the lot from 3 to 6.....feel free to bring a chair and check her out for a bit!! See y'all soon and have a great Sunday!!
