Pretty excited to welcome Gibbs Vineyards to Georgia 🍷

Lucas Walter—one-third of the powerhouse team behind Gibbs Vineyards—“wears many hats” might be an understatement. From leading marketing efforts and monitoring irrigation in the vineyards to working the bottling line, harvesting fruit, and managing social media, Lucas is hands-on at every stage of the process.

We’re thrilled to host him here in Athens, GA, where he’ll be presenting the wines of Gibbs Vineyards and officially kicking off their introduction to the state of Georgia—with their very first stop right here in at The Pine Bar.

The Pine Wine Club jumped all over this one, but we do have a very limited number of spots still available if you’d like to join us.

Founded in 1993 by Tracey & John Skupny, Lang & Reed is a family-owned Napa Valley winery built on a passion for Cabernet Franc & Chenin Blanc. With over 40 years in the California wine world—starting as sommeliers in Kansas City before heading west—the Skupnys have always focused on showcasing these varietals with balance, elegance, and true sense of place.
