What an incredible Fourth of July! We had an amazing time celebrating our nation’s 250th birthday with this wonderful community while serving up our Cajun favorites.

Y’all completely sold us out of every single beignet order and showed so much love for our family recipe jambalaya! We can’t thank you enough for all the support, the smiles, and everyone who stopped by to visit.

This July 4th, we are throwing down for our nation's historic 250th birthday, and Jambalaya Joe's is bringing the flavor to the Soddy Daisy Independence Day Celebration! 🥳💜

We’ll be serving up the absolute best authentic Cajun comfort food from 3:00 PM until 11:00 PM (or until we sell out!). Come out for an unforgettable day packed with:

We’ve had a lot of new folks join us lately, so we wanted to take a moment to reintroduce ourselves to our new friends and followers!

We’re a small-town family business originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana — proud Cajuns who believe cooking is one of the best ways to show love to our friends, family, and community. While we’re proud to call Tennessee home, once we got here, we noticed East TN needed a little more Cajun goodness… so we stepped up to the plate to give our neighbors a taste of the good life!

We have truly enjoyed meeting each and every one of y’all at events, festivals, and catering opportunities. Thank y’all for supporting our family-owned business and allowing us to spice up your life!
