Hot Diggity Dog Unlimited In business since 2001. We now have several trailers, 4 ohio health licenses and more to come! Thanks Rich pate. In 2017 I married the love of my life Arje.

I started this business after getting laid off as an Engineer in the heat treating/ automotive field in 2001. I started with an organic french bread pizza business with quality sauce and cheese. This was not received too well in the liberal town of Athens ohio for whatever reason. I moved on to the hot dog/corn dog wagon and it's been financially viable. After several years I bought a hawaiian shave ice trailer from a friend who has since passed away. I have another big trailer that I am working to bring to the scene. In addition, I also work out of a tent where I don't sell fried food. In the tent setup I sell Italian sausage(ohio made), philly cheesesteaks(ohio beef), and burgers. I also sell vegetarian food cooked on a separate grill with some unique offerings that you can't find anywhere else. She has since started her own tent setup called “Authentic Philippine Cuisine”, which has been a great success and has shadowed my own tent setup.
