Remember our Heaven Hill private barrel pick adventure back in September 2024? Well, the bottles have arrived and are ready for you to try, however you choose. The Ciderhouse team is extremely happy about the flavors in the final bottled product. The complexity in the finish had me giggling with excitement and feeling a bit like Violet Beauregard with that Everlasting Gobstopper. Thanks to for the opportunity!

Our good friend has been making maple syrup and brought us some maple sap ice cubes to play with. First thought was an Old Fashioned with Eleven Square Spiced Bourbon and I eventually settled on this spirit with a dash of black walnut bitters and a fragrant orange peel, the hint of sugar comes from the maple sap. Sugarman’s Old Fashioned is born. While supplies last.
