If cheese isnā€™t really your thing, fret not, we have a special vegan cheese sauce recipe, developed by one of our former workers. You can sub it for items on the menu that already have cheese, add it to a vegan burrito, or as one of your salsa choices on a hills deluxe. Ask your server! The Casa-bilities are endless.

One of our largest local produce providers is Cowdery Farms ! Shout out to Larry and Kim in Long Bottom, Meigs Co.
We receive 5 different pepper varieties from these folks, as well as tomatoes and tomatillos. All are processed and preserved by our Food Manufacturing Division at the peak of the harvest season. This fabulous local produce is used throughout the year in various seasonal and regular menu items.
You can find Larry and Kim weekly at the Athens Farmers Market down in the Community Center lot on E. State St.

Casa has always been committed to producing food that is as fresh, local, and high quality as possible.
So, what do we make in house?
The better question would be, what DONā€™T we make in house?
Not only are all our desserts house-made, we roll our own tortillas (fresh every day), and ALL the breads we serve are also made by our bakers. Biscuits, English Muffins, wheat, cinnamon challah, and pita bread!
