Tonight's chef special is a ribeye cap with salsa verde and a side of hand cut white truffle fries. If you have not had a ribeye cap, you are missing out. The ribeye cap is considered by butchers to be the most flavorful and tender cut on the entire cow, it combines rich ribeye marbling with filet-like tenderness. 👌🏻
