Heyo! We've been off social media for a bit--but we've been busy! We want you to meet our two newest coffees:

Ethiopian Guji (washed): blackberry, jam, dark cacao, and an overall juicy impression
Costa Rican Finca El Venado (yellow honey): orange citrus, walnut, vanilla, and a creamy finish

Both of these coffees are stellar! We recommend opting for the Costa Rican for a lighter, brighter coffee and the Ethiopian for a darker coffee with more body.

We've also got t-shirts! Flex your coffee game when you're out and about during your Christmas shopping or when you're back hanging with your fam for the holidays for just $20! These would also make a sweet gift to your local coffee geek🤓

New coffee alert! As the Georgia weather heats up, we're rolling out two new coffees that will help you chill out!

1. Mexico Chiapas Las Mujeres de Concordia - Our espresso roast of this Mexican coffee is aimed to be a "one size fits all" coffee. While roasted darker than we traditionally roast (hence the "espresso roast"), this coffee is great in your home drip machine, Moka pot, french press, or espresso machine. With notes of cinnamon, brown sugar, and snickerdoodle cookies, it's a great candidate for at-home iced lattes or cold brew!

2. Ethiopia Organic Dry Process Wolenso Dabessa - While Ethiopian coffees are known to be bright, acidic, and floral, this batch is very unique and packs strong aromatics of dehydrated strawberry along with tasting notes of raisin and a bittersweet cacao finish. This coffee is very dynamic, so pour-overs will bring out its fruitiness, while being bolder and "stronger" in a french press or espresso shot. This a great coffee to get creative with and explore brewing methods with, though we're really loving it as a simple black coffee on ice.

Heyo! We're amped to announce that we'll be serving coffee monthly at WBFM! Come check us and plenty of other local vendors out. And we're back! Seriously, we're mega excited to serve y'all in 2023, to continue to champion the Athens community and to provide dang good coffee while we're at it. Speaking of which, check out these two new natural coffees we've got for y'all! What's a natural coffee? Great question! Natural coffees are coffee beans processed the original (natural) way they were harvested and prepared before they were roasted. This type of process is hundreds of years old and often yields funkier and fruitier notes compared to other processes. For example, our Ethiopian Yirga Cheffe coffee is reminiscent of candied blueberries, honey and dark chocolate, and our El Salvadorian coffee from San Luis has notes of plum, blackberry wine, and white sugar. See what we mean by funky?
