Hello everyone, we are back. On the 18th of March we will be at, Schattenbol @ DeCock Farm, located at, 2374 US Hwy 90 East, in Castroville Tx. We will be setting up a booth selling, Authentic Navajo Fry Bread Mix Kits. These kits also include powder sugar and honey. You can make up to five Fry Breads (depending on how big you roll them out). We will demonstrate how to make them, and samples will be given out. This is a Farmer Market held every 3rd weekend of the month. Please come out and enjoy the day.

Well everybody, another year is coming to an end and we did fairly well. I would like to thank everyone who tried and liked our Frybread. Frybread is starting to be known around the events we participated in this past year. We have put the food trailer away for the year and are going enjoy some well deserved weekends for ourselves. We will be up and running again sometime in March, when the fiestas start up again. And with that being said, In behalf of Taco Bite, have a Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year.

Sorry folks it's been awhile since I updated our coming events we would be participating in. So, for the month of July we will be in Hondo to celebrate the Fourth of July. We will be selling Mini Street Tacos, Carne Asada Fries and of course Indian Frybread, along with Sweet Tea and water, because it will be hot as hell. On July 13th and 14th we will be at the Castroville Flea market in Castroville. July 13th is the flea market with a car show and live music, including four food vendors. This starts at 5:00 P.M. July 14th the flea market continues in the morning. Hope to see you at these events, you won't regret it.

The sun will be warm this Saturday and we will be in Castroville Flea market. We will be there early selling breakfast tacos in the morning. After 11:00 the menu will change to, Indian fry bread, carne asada fries, chili cheese fries and finally, SHAVED ICE. Hope to see you there.

Well my friends Christmas in Gods County in, Hondo Texas, was cancelled today due to the rain, but tomorrow is still going on from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM and there will be a parade. Taco Bite will have a special going on. Make a twenty dollar food purchase and get a free HEB Selena grocery bag, we have plenty. See Y'all tomorrows, mi gente,,, 🤠

Well my friends I hate to say it, but I have to, The Castroville Open Market and Car Show once again has been canceled this month due to the rain. We will try for next month. I will keep you informed. 🌧️🌧️🌧️🌧️🌧️
