New name, same little ol’ me!

What does rebel sourdough mean?

Means (to me) that I can do whatever I want with a sourdough starter and a dream! Anything that can be baked, can be made with sourdough and I’ve made that clear over the last year from cheez-its to tortillas to kolaches and much much more!

I’m thankful for everyone supporting me on this journey, on to more great things that 2026 has in store for me!
