Dear Friends,
We will be temporarily closing for three days (Jult 16th, 17th and 18th) while we perform important maintenance on our smokers and other kitchen equipment. Although it's only a short break, we know it may feel like an eternity—and believe us, we'll miss serving you just as much as you'll miss the barbecue!

We'll be back on Wednesday, July 22, with all your favorites, plus some incredible specials, including beef ribs, Wagyu tri-tip, and smoked beef brisket, along with all of our usual BBQ favorites.

Thank you for your understanding, your patience, and, most importantly, your continued support. We truly appreciate every one of you and can't wait to welcome you back with fresh smoke, great food, and warm hospitality.

Happy Father’s Day from Chef Gregory’s Barbecue Smokehouse! Fire Up is our special Father’s Day pickup—featuring smoked prime rib, roasted baby red potatoes, and fresh corn sliced off the cob sautéed with garlic and fresh herbs. You’ll also enjoy a classic Caesar salad and choose your dessert: brown butter cake with brown butter caramel sauce or a slice of chocolate ganache torte. $50 per person. Pickup on Father’s Day between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.—hot and ready to go! Come just before dinner to pick it up, take it home, and serve it like you made it yourself. The last day to place your order is Wednesday, June 16th at 3:00 p.m. Anything received after that time will be respectfully declined, so don’t delay. Make your dad’s day an amazing one—give him the gift of a full plate of smoky, savory goodness!

Poll Question: for Chef Gregory's BBQ smokehouse

Hello, neighbors! Starting tomorrow, we will be closed on Wednesdays, which is traditionally our tri-tip day. The barbecue crowd has spoken—last Wednesday, we had only one customer, and the week before that, just three customers. With sales dropping to $53 and $22 on past Wednesdays, it just doesn’t make sense to remain open.

To enhance your experience, we’ll be moving our tri-tip and brisket offerings to Thursdays instead.

Do you think this change will work for you?

1. Yes, I’ll definitely come for tri-tip or brisket on Thursdays!
2. I will miss Wednesday’s barbecue, but I’ll adjust.
3. I won’t be affected; I prefer other options.
