East Coast orders:
• Please plan for delivery between Christmas and New Year.
• Due to the holiday shipping frenzy, we now recommend choosing non-perishable items, including canned seafood and smoked salmon jerky.

Traditional Cold Smoked Chinook Salmon - Fresh out of the smoker!

November for over 105 years, the Josephson family procures fabulous Chinook salmon from the cold waters of the Northwest and hand processes the old-fashioned way, Swedish-style brine-cured, cold smoked salmon. Our 4 generation fisher-family recipe is a favorite one-of-a-kind holiday tradition--that's why we call it Traditional Cold Smoked Salmon. Sliced like ham, we serve it on Scandinavian rye bread. Supplies are limited so schedule for holiday shipping soon. It's a tradition for many loyal customers. It freezes nicely and keeps in the fridge for weeks.

To arrive for Thanksgiving order by this Sunday the 23rd.

Wishing You a Meaningful Memorial Day

As we remember and honor those who served, we pause to reflect on our father, Michael Anton Josephson — a proud U.S. Navy veteran and the heart of Josephson’s Smokehouse for over 50 years.

This Memorial Day marks approximately one year since his passing, and we’re proud to carry on the Josephson tradition as the fourth generation.

From our family to yours, thank you for being part of our story.
We wish you peace, gratitude, and good company this holiday weekend.
