Today’s special is our Chicken Parmesan sandwich! Panko breaded chicken is topped with our house made marinara, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on a Blue Scorcher ciabatta roll.

We will also have chicken parmesan take and bake available later this afternoon. Come in for lunch and leave with dinner!

I cant believe September is here! But that means our special today is our house made Italian hot beef sandwich! Six ounces of slow roasted top sirloin dipped in juice served with sautéed red peppers and house made mild or spicy giardiniera.

Remember we are now closed on Sunday and will be closed this Monday September 7th in observance of Labor Day so come in today and stock up for the long weekend!

We have some updates to our hours… beginning this week, we will no longer be open on Sunday. Visit us Monday - Saturday 10am - 6pm. We are still available for catering orders on Sundays.

We will also be closing at 4pm on Thursday August 27th for a staff gathering and to wish our summer employee, Sienna, the best of luck before she heads off to college! We will resume normal business hours on Friday August 28th.

We’ve created a spritz to benefit the Cascadia Chamber Opera. Today through August 23rd we will donate the proceeds of the Tutte Frutta spritz to the Cascadia Chamber Opera. This spritz is made with peach and strawberry simple syrup, prosecco and a splash of soda water. Be sure to check out the opera events this week and the performance of Cosi Fan Tutte this weekend!

We will be closing an hour early today in order to celebrate Darlene Gaetano’s 80th birthday! If you’re a regular you’ve probably seen her at the deli. She says she gets asked a lot if she is related to the deli and her response is “I’m the mother!” But she’s not JUST the mother. Her support has meant the world to us since the first idea of opening the deli. She’s also an amazing mother and grandmother. We want the whole staff to be able to celebrate her so we will be closing at 4pm today!
