If you don’t follow , follow it now. It is, was, and will be the best resource for what’s going on in Astoria. I’ve been a fan for so long (moved here in August ‘07), and through so many changes.

Very happy to see the return of the WeHeartAstoria newsletter. It’s can be hard to keep up with their fabulous and busy social media presence, so I highly recommend subscribing for occasional highlights from your neighborhood.

These are the good old days. is featured in the latest edition of the newsletter, and I just wanted to say thanks to Jen and the entire team at WHA. Jen’s part of a lineage of fantastic people to helm the project. Honestly, this Instagram account takes all I’ve got - I don’t know how you do it, Jen, and at such a high level!

Our new veggie burger is green and tasty, with mozzarella cheese + sautéed onions + lemon garlic sauce. And it’s on a grilled bolo - soft + sweet.

We have a secret password for ordering this new menu item. Just say to the barista, ‘I would like to purchase a veggie burger’ and they’ll know JUST what you mean 😏

And we upgraded our potato chips. And we have raspberry lemonade. Have a nice day, ta!
