This white wine shows lovely aromas of peach, citrus and white flowers like orange blossom and honeysuckle. Hints of apricot and pear shine through on the palate once it opens up a bit. ​​​​​​​​

The Patrick Piuze Premier Cru "Les Minots" Vaillons Chablis 2020 makes its exciting return to Clark's Aspen. Produced in tiny amounts, we get as much as we can of this rare gem every year. It's got hints of white flowers and apples. The palate sings with a bright minerality that embraces citrus and tropical fruit with a clean acidity on the finish. It's the quintessential pairing with freshly shucked oysters!
