Introducing Steven Trom, Director of HR & Operations. So much of our restaurant operates behind the scenes and it is thanks to this man right here that things are done in a timely fashion.

Steven is a founding member of the PARC Aspen team and his contribution to the team is one of the many reasons folks come to love working here.

Originally from Illinois, Steven has been in the Roaring Fork Valley for more than 15 years working at favorite establishments like Jimmy’s and Clark’s Oyster Bar before bringing his talents to PARC Aspen.

We are so thankful for his determination, charisma, and dedication to the Aspen community. 🤍
