We are at the Brown County Fair all week with Lotsa Loaded French Fries. We have Smoked Brisket, we have Shrimp, we have Sweet -n- Spicy Chicken, we have Greek Lamb, we even have Disco (Cheese Curds and Gravy) along with a couple surprises tomorrow. Come on out and giver Hell! We are across the road from the Clubhouse.

Ever wonder how hot a food truck can get? This temp was actually as it started to cool down. We did an outside wedding last Saturday afternoon, outside temp was 100+ and highest temp i saw on my thermometer inside the truck was 134 degrees. Yes, 134*. Had the charbroiler, griddle, and double deep fryer going all at once. Lucky for us we only had to serve for about 3 hours. I can say we were glad when it was over.

Venture to Venturia and Party at The Dog House! Who remembers that? Hell, i practically lived there on the weekends. Well, this weekend we will Venture to Venturia and help them celebrate their 125th anniversary. We'll have a full menu sure to please everyone. And with all the food trucks present there should be no one going hungry. So set your GPS to Venturia, ND and come have some fun. Good music, good food and drink, and good memories of the coolest little town around. See you there!

We will be serving at the Oakes Irrigation Days this Friday and Saturday. We will have a Mexican menu of tacos, burritos, elotes, and fresh chips with Hatch Chile queso. Hope to see you there.

A great time was had last weekend at the Watford City Food Truck Rodeo. The people were great along with the weather. A big thank you to Rolfson Oil for their generous sponsorship to us and the event itself. Super nice, hard working people. And a big thank you to the Watford City Rough Riders Center for allowing all the food trucks and vendors to set up on their absolutely beautiful venue. It's always fun to serve here. See you all next year!
